Parallel journeys of UOB employees
UOB HR team wanted to produce a recruitment video specifically targeted at millennials.
We researched, collected insights from online forums, studies and papers on Millennials, and interviewed employees from the UOB Graduate program.
The video shows the parallel journey of a 1-year employee and a 40-year employee at UOB, giving answers on what graduates will get by joining UOB for their first job: attention and constant feedback from their management team, quick and personalised progress, and the promise of being surrounded by mentors in a collaborative atmosphere.
