UOB PBA Recruitment Campaign: Get Tough
UOB wanted to express what is unique about the role of the Personal Banking Associate. With this objective, motion produced a series of testimonial videos featuring UOB’s own employees sharing their own experiences as a PBA.
The series harmonizes in one authentic voice all of the employees featured as they narrate the reality of the hustle, dedication, aspiration and teamwork required to become successful in this role. Shot in green screen, there is a dynamic pop of colour given to the background to match the outfits and play with the brand’s colour palette. This visual treatment is paired with upbeat music to appeal to the tastes of today’s youth.
