UOB 33rd Painting of the Year Branding
An Invitation to Inspire
The brief was to create a logo and a series of collaterals inspired by the winning Space Odyssey painting by Stefanie Hauger.
The painting is a visual representation of a healthy Mother Earth – full of life, depicting a continuous free-flowing motion with vibrant colours.
Motion thus adapted the essence of the painting to form a logo that symbolises a globe, making an immediate connection between the viewer and the painting.
The rest of the communication collaterals took on a more understated and elegant tone, ensuring that the essence of the painting never waivered, and is continuously celebrated no matter what medium it is on.
